Checking Out

  1. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, you are ready to checkout.
  2. From any page, click the shopping cart icon next to the “Search” box.
  3. You will then be taken to the “Shopping Cart” page where you can review your order.
  4. Once you’re ready to submit your order, click the “Checkout” button.
  5. The "Requested Ship Date:" will automatically default to the current day. If you'd like to change the date, click inside of the box and select a new date from the pop up calendar.
  6. For "Purchase Order Number", enter your desired purchase order number. If you do not have one or do not know what a purchase number is, we suggest you enter your desired delivery date (mm/dd/yyyy).
  7. For "Phone:" enter your phone number.
  8. The "Billing Address" fields will be pre-populated for you based on your account information in our system.
  9. For "Shipping Address", verify that the address provided is correct. If you'd like to change the address, click "Change Ship-To" and follow the prompts to select a new address.
  10. If you'd like to add notes that will be included with your order, please fill out the "Order Comments" and/or "Shipping Instructions" boxes.
  11. Click the "Submit Order" button to send your order.
  12. You will receive an email confirmation confirming your order has been received.
  13. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Customer Service at 800.323.2963.
  14. Will call customers: We require 24-hour notice for pick-up prior to 11:00 am. For orders that are submitted over the weekend, we require 1 business day for processing.
  15. Below are the order acceptance times for next day deliveries:
UPS Orders 10am (local time, all warehouses)
61T/62T 10:00am PST (Mon and Tue, respectively)
Boise (WH6) 10:00am PST
Clackamas (WH2) 1:00pm PST
Denver (WH7) 2:00pm PST
Stockton (WH5) 3:00pm PST
Fife (WH1) 3:00pm PST
