Set-Up Hours & Information
Set up for the Northern CA show will be available for the following times –
- Monday 4/25: 3:00-5:00pm
- Tuesday 4/26: 7:00-10:00am
Vendors will be able to pull up behind the venue to unload closer to the show floor.
Set up for the Southern CA show will be available for the following times –
- Wednesday 4/27: 3:00-5:00pm
- Thursday 4/28: 7:00-10:00am
Vendors will be able to unload from the parking lots near the venue. There is also an option to drive up closer to the show floor on Thursday AM from 7:00-9:00am ONLY. After this time, any unloading will be done from the parking lots.
Freight
ASC will not be shipping any products to either show from the ASC warehouses. Vendors will be responsible for bringing any display/ sample items themselves. Carts will not be available at either venue, so please plan accordingly and only bring what can be easily carried.
Bally’s Lake Tahoe has the option of shipping to direct to the hotel for a fee. Fees are listed below and will be added to your show invoice.

The cost to participate in each show will be $1,200/show. This includes an 8ft table, 2 chairs, and your show promotion sheets (these will be printed and delivered to your table during set-up)
Venues & Hours
The Northern California show will take place at Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort in Stateline, NV. The outside of the building for Bally’s will still have the former name, MontBleu. Be sure to look for this when arriving.
The Southern California show will take place at South Coast Winery & Spa in Temecula, CA.
Both shows will run from 10am-4pm PST.
Reception
Join us for a reception at each show starting at 6:00pm for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and the opportunity to mingle with retailers.
The reception for the Northern California show will be on on April 25th at the Blu Night Club right next to the show floor.
The reception for the Southern California show will be on April 27th at the courtyard on site at South Coast Winery.
Be sure to check in at registration to get your name badge and drink tickets!

Northern California Hotel Information
To book your room at Bally’s Lake Tahoe, please call directly at (775) 588 3515 ext. 3015 and state that you are with the Animal Supply group (group code STASC2) to receive the group rate. The room rate will be $59 + $25 resort fee & tax.
Southern California Hotel Information
To book your room at South Coast Winery, please call directly at (951) 566 4622 and state that you are with the Animal Supply group to receive the group rate. The room rate will be $189/night + tax for hotel tower rooms and $219/night + tax for king deluxe villas.
We have also secured a second hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express Temecula for $99/night + tax. You may book your room online at www.ihg.com/holidayinnexpress/hotels/us/en/temecula/tzcla/hoteldetail and use the group code ANI. (To input the group code, select the dates needed and in the drop down for “rate preference” select group rate). Reservations must be made by April 4th to receive group rate.
Rooms may be limited. If the block fills up before you’ve had a chance to book, there are plenty of other great hotel options nearby!
Travel Information
When planning your flights between shows, we recommend flying out of Sacramento or Tahoe airports to either Ontario, San Diego or Palm Springs airports.

Distance from San Diego Airport to South Coast Winery – 1hr 20 minutes
Distance from Palm Springs Airport to South Coast Winery – 1hr 30 minutes
Invoicing
Your invoice will be emailed to your accounting contact (as listed on your registration form) approximately 2-3 weeks after the show.
Parking
Parking is free and will be available on site for both show venues.
