What does Animal Supply Connect cost me as a retailer?

Although Connect has no setup fees, technical work may sometimes be needed to ensure system criteria are met. This cost would belong to you, as the retailer.

Retailers also pay for the cost of the item and for shipping to the consumer. However, the item prices and shipping costs passed on to the consumer are specified by you.

How long does onboarding take?

Typical onboarding takes between 3-4 weeks. More complex systems can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Can I use my store’s branding on Connect packages?

Yes! With Connect, packages are branded for your store. The shipping label included with each shipment will reflect your store’s logo, name, address, and any other store information you would like specified.

Are there any eligibility requirements?

Although all interested retailers are invited to apply, we encourage the establishment of a web presence (either a website or a 3rd party commerce tool) prior to application.

 

What shipping costs are associated with Connect?

No, Connect has no hidden fees. Retailers pay the cost of the item and shipping. Item price and shipping cost to consumers is specified by the retailer.

Connect does not charge additional fees for standard packing materials.

What products can I offer through Animal Supply Connect?

Animal Supply Connect offers over 6,000 SKUs for fulfillment. Retailers may update their current item selection through the Animal Supply Connect portal at any time.

The available products may be amended by Animal Supply at any time.

What if I don't have an online storefront?

To utilize Connect, you must have an online storefront. You can get started with Shopify, a preferred eCommerce partner that seamlessly integrates with the Connect program. Learn more here.
