Airport Shuttle
Animal Supply Company will be offering an airport shuttle from the Sacramento airport before the reception on January 23rd, as well as after the show on January 24th!
If you are needing a ride from the airport on Tuesday, January 23rd, please provide the following to your ASC sales rep, or email events@animalsupply.com no later than December 15, 2023:
- Flight arrival time at Sacramento International Airport
- Names of party needing transportation
Airport shuttles leaving on Wednesday, January 24th will pick up from Cache Creek at 3:30pm. If staying until Thursday, January 25th, an airport shuttle will be available to pick up at 9:00am.
If you are needing to utilize the return shuttle on 1/24 or 1/25 please email events@animalsupply.com with the following information:
- Date needing return shuttle
- Number of people in party needing transportation
Information must be provided by December 15th in order to utilize the shuttles.
Hotel Details
We have reserved a room block at the Cache Creek Casino Resort for our event! The deadline to book on the block is Monday, January 8, 2024 by 5:00pm PST. To book a room, either call 530.796.5828 and ask for the Animal Supply Company block, or by visiting www.cachecreek.com and provide the group code ANSC2401 when booking to receive the group rate.
Show Promotions
All vendors will have printed copies of show promotions at their tables during the show.

Registration
The registration booth will be located near the entrance of the show floor. Be sure to stop by when you arrive to pick up your name badges and other important show information.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the hotel, service animals are welcome.
