Venue

The East Coast Buying Show will be held at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

The after party will be held at Ole Red Nashville.

Set-Up Hours

Each vendor will have (1) 10×10 booth with a table & 2 chairs.

Vendor set up will be on Sunday 6/23 from 12pm-5pm and on Monday 6/24 from 7am-9am.

Freight

Booth materials may be shipped directly to the venue prior to the show. The venue is able to accept deliveries of boxes and/or pallets.

There is a FedEx available for use on site for shipments after the show if needed.

Shipments to Advanced Warehouse:
Deliveries Accepted: May 24th-June 14th
Deliveries arriving after June 14th will incur additional charges.
Receiving Hours – Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm
Shipments must be made to the address below – DO NOT ship booth product to the Atlanta DC.

Participation Fee

The cost to participate will be $5,000. This includes a 10×10 booth, 6ft table, 2 chairs, and your show promotion sheet(s) (Promotions will be printed and delivered to your table during set-up)

Your invoice will be emailed to your main accounting contact approximately 3-4 weeks after the show.

Reception

Join us on Sunday, June 23rd for a reception with retailers from our Central, Ohio Valley, Northeast, South and Southeast regions! The reception will run from 5-8pm.

After Party

To wrap up our event, we will be hosting an after party for all vendors & retailers on the rooftop at Ole Red in Nashville! Please join us for a fun evening of food, drinks and music right downtown Nashville!

A shuttle from the Gaylord to the after party will be provided and will pick up guests after the party is over.

We have reserved a room block at the Gaylord Resort for our buying show!
