The East Coast Buying Show will be held at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

Reception
Join us on Sunday, June 23rd for a reception at the Gaylord! The reception will run from 5-8pm.

After Party
To wrap up our event, we will be hosting an after party for all vendors & retailers on the rooftop at Ole Red in Nashville! Please join us for a fun evening of food, drinks and music right downtown Nashville!
A shuttle from the Gaylord to the after party will be provided and will pick up guests after the party is over.

Hotel Details
We have reserved a room block at the Gaylord Resort for our buying show!
The deadline to book your room is Tuesday, May 28th. To book your room, visit https://book.passkey.com/go/AnimalSupplyComany or call the hotel directly and let them know you are booking on the Animal Supply Company room block.
Show Promotions
All vendors will have printed copies of show promotions at their tables during the show.
Shipping Calendar
Each vendor will have an assigned ship week, and will be noted on each order form.
Shipments will run on the following weeks:
- Week 1- April 22nd
- Week 2- April 29th
- Week 3- May 6th
- Week 4- May 13th
Registration
The registration booth will be located near the entrance of the show floor. Be sure to stop by when you arrive to pick up your name badges and other important show information.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the hotel, service animals are welcome.
Parking
Animal Supply will validate parking for retailers staying at the hotel or driving in for the day!
